Syrian Armed Forces (Arabic: القوات المسلحة العربية السورية‎) are the military forces of Syria, established in 1946. They consist of the Syrian Arab Army, Syrian Arab Navy, Syrian Arab Air Force, Syrian Arab

I noticed that Wikipedia images are incomplete. All flags have a motto over the branches' emblems. The motto is: "Watan, Sharaf, Ikhlas" (Homeland, Honour, Sincerity) in Kufi script.

Translated from the original Arabic website (http://www.mod.gov.sy/index.php?node=554&cat=664), as follows:

"Armed Forces Flag
1 Specifications:
The flag of the National Republic is made up of three rectangles, respectively, from top to bottom (red, black and white) (and on the canton, the emblem representing the three (main) forces: land, sea and air), with the width of the flag two-thirds the length of the flag. The golden thread is embroidered on the red rectangle (and it reads) (" وطن – شرف – إخلاص") (English: "Homeland - Honor - Loyalty", the Syrian Armed Forces motto), and on the black rectangle (it is written) ("الجيش العربي السوري") (English: "The Syrian Arab Army). The words are written in kufic script. In the center of the white rectangle are two green embroidered (five-pointed) stars horizontally displayed.

2 Dimensions
(The) Armed Forces Standard is made according to the following measurements:
A - 630 cm x 420 cm large size.
B - 360 cm x 240 cm average size.
C - 180 cm x 120 cm normal size

3 Raising (protocol)
A - The flag of the Armed Forces - according to its size - as follows:
(1) Large size (630 x 420 cm): Raised in Tartous and Lattakia when the guns of peace are launched only in response to the greetings of ships
(2) Average size (360 x 240 cm): Raised on the following offices on official holidays only:
- Ministry of Defense
- General Command of the Army and Armed Forces
- Leaders of military zones
- Clubs of Armed Forces Officers
(3) Normal size (180 x 120 cm):
(A) It shall be lifted on military buildings and barracks in all circumstances.
(B) In the event of the flags of a foreign State being raised beside the flag of the Armed Forces, the following shall be observed:
1) Lift the flag of the Armed Forces to the right of the building (i.e. to the left of the beholder), and lift the flag of the guest country to the left of the building.
2) If the number of flags is two, raise the flag of the Armed Forces in the middle if the number is odd, and in the first place of the center towards the right of the building if the number is even.
3) No flag shall be raised in a place where the flag of the Armed Forces is raised (, the Armed Forces' flag) shall prevail, which shall always have the place of honor.
B- In the case of flagging (?), the flag shall be reduced to half the height of the carrier carrying it, according to the content of the section on flagging.
(C) Raise the flag in ceremonies and military reviews as ordered.
(D) When raising or lowering the flag, the flag is greeted by the guards of the barracks, where the movement of presenting weapons and playing trumpets greet the flag when the flag in the morning, and lead members of the unit (to) salute it.
(E) Standards shall be used in its various dimensions for the following purposes:
Large size (630 x 420 cm):
Lift in Tartous and Lattakia when the guns of peace are launched only in response to the greetings of ships.
Medium size (360 x 240 cm):
At the military funerals of the coffin, with the red color pointing towards the head of the body, then the white, then the black, towards the feet. In military ceremonies and reviews, where he is raised on the main podium with the armed forces flags.
